News For 2-24-98: 
To all horror and comic book fans,

     VD Press is under constant sabotage by some ultra elite right wing
faction of this country's art and literature community.  They're fanatics
who'll stop at nothing to make sure VD Press is stopped, before we gross
dollar one, at all costs.
     For instance, Diamond Distribution wont solicit Freak Toons solely on the
basis of subject matter.  But they'll continue to sell material like EO,
Faust, Jeffrey Dahmer VS. Jesus Christ, the complete line of Eros comics, and
many many more.  Far too many to list here.
     Another example of this fascist behavior is when VD Press was approached
by the Akron Beacon Journal (local newspaper).  They wanted to do a piece on
our comics and company, but, at the last minute, the story was pulled with no
explanation.  All lines of communication were cut off and our calls were never
returned....Hhhhhmmmm.....Is there a conspiracy?
     The only support we do get is from the fans and a few brave comic book
store owners.  Unfortunately, that's not enough.  VD Press needs to expand.
That's why VD Press is launching this nationwide campaign to give TWILIGHT OF
THE DEAD ANIMATION the credit it deserves. 
     VD Press is looking for Distributors who aren't afraid of the fascist
powers that be and the rules they dictate in this free country.  We're also
looking for artists and writers for our own staff as well.  If you think you
have what it takes, send in your samples.  Hell, even if you don't have what
it takes, send it in anyhow.  
     Joshua Voorhees (writer for VD Press, and yes that is his real name) is
actively touring for our recent book and is available for interviews.  
     So, if you are intersested in helping an up and coming company who bases
its beliefs on which this great nation was formed, or if you just want to read
